Crude Oil Storage Tank Sedimentation Sludge Oil Recovery

ORP (In-Situ Tank Cleaning) System™ is an unmanned crude oil storage tank cleaning and crude oil refining system. It has the following features.

-Do not put manpower into the tank to remove the sludge.
- It does not require multiple equipment along with manpower.
- No hazardous waste is generated and no disposal costs are incurred.
- It is possible to design according to the characteristics of crude oil, tank size and required budget.

Oil Contaminated Soil Remediation and Oil Recovery

SMO Power Reactor™, a nanoemulsion reactor by generating multiple cross shock waves, is designed in parallel with a high-speed stirring tank to clean fine-nanoparticle waste contaminated by the Slurry Bioreactor process, separate specific gravity, and remove odor.

This technological process is based on a pure physical bioreaction method, and is a next-generation eco-friendly technology that will reduce the pain of climate change by blocking waste emissions that humanity is facing.

Oil Fields

The nanoemulsion reactor is a field scalable physicochemical treatment process technology for the purification and resource recovery of oil-contaminated soil, crude oil sludge or drill cuttings waste. It is also very suitable for the purification of contaminated soil or dredge sediments containing a large amount of fine particles that are difficult to purify with the existing facility process.

Food waste disposal site

The nanoemulsion reactor is a product that generates nanobubbles, oxidation-reduction reaction, high-speed shear mixing, OH radicals, and shock waves. It has excellent odor removal properties through increased dissolved oxygen in water, extraction, separation, destruction, and oxidation of organic pollutants in water.

Odor removal efficiency is high due to the strong shock wave, shear mixing force, and oxidation-reduction power of the nanoemulsion reactor, and it is easy to install in food waste treatment facilities. There is no competitor's product that implements the same function and performance in Korea yet.

The nanoemulsion reactor is a great help in improving and maintaining water quality with the proven science and technology of hydrodynamics and acoustic cavitation. It is used to maintain water quality purification in lakes, ponds, and reservoirs, and destroys pathogens strongly by combining negative hydrogen ions and negative oxygen ions.

Water Upcycling for Aquarium and Fish farm

The nanoemulsion reactor helps to improve and maintain water quality in the aquaculture system by separating and removing excrement and suspended matter throughout the aquaculture process, and destroying pests and pathogens by generating OH Radical.

Nanoemulsion reactors treat process water to help improve and maintain water quality by reducing or removing pathogens throughout the water process. The hydroxyl radicals generated in this system destroy pathogens and help prevent algae and mold growth in nutrient solutions.

The nanoemulsion reactor can be equipped with a separate system process to achieve the desired DO level in DO (dissolved oxygen) supply, and helps to increase production and optimal maintenance of each variety of cultivated plants.
